While AURE Minerals does not process refunds for carrier damage, we are committed to helping you with your third-party claim. If you need a copy of your packing slip, proof of value, or a statement of our packaging process to submit to the carrier, please email us directly.

Any personal information shared via email or Instagram (such as your shipping address or contact details) is used strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order or answering your inquiry. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties, except for the shipping carriers required to deliver your specimens.
