At AURE Minerals, we take great pride in sourcing and providing high-quality mineral specimens for your collection. Because of the fragile and unique nature of these natural treasures, please review our policy regarding returns and shipping.
To maintain the integrity of our inventory and prevent unnecessary handling of delicate crystals, AURE Minerals does not accept returns or offer refunds. * Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
We provide detailed photos and descriptions of every specimen. Please review all media and measurements carefully before completing your purchase.
We understand the anxiety of shipping fragile minerals. We package every order with extreme care, using professional-grade materials (including double-boxing where necessary, bubble wrap, and structural support) to ensure your specimen arrives in the same condition it left our gallery.
While we do our part to ensure a safe journey, AURE Minerals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. In the rare event that a specimen arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling:
Customer Responsibility: All refund or damage requests must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) by the customer.
Documentation: We strongly recommend taking clear photos of the damaged packaging and the specimen immediately upon arrival to support your insurance claim with the carrier.
Support: While we do not issue the refund ourselves, we are happy to provide you with copies of your original shipping receipt or any other documentation needed to help facilitate your claim with the carrier.
