Thank you for choosing AURE Minerals. We are dedicated to ensuring your delicate specimens arrive safely and efficiently. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following shipping terms:

1. Processing Times

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

  • Our extended processing window ensures that every unique mineral is given the specialized, multi-layered packaging it requires for a safe journey.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

2. Our "Safety-First" Packaging

Mineral specimens are one-of-a-kind and often fragile. To prevent damage:

  • We use a combination of premium packing materials, including acid-free tissue, bubble wrap, foam, and structural padding.

  • Larger or high-value specimens may be double-boxed for maximum protection.

  • We prioritize the safety of the mineral—our goal is for your specimen to arrive in one piece.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Carriers: We primarily ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx]. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is created.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred. AURE Minerals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Risk of Loss & Carrier Claims

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, AURE Minerals is no longer liable for the item.

  • The "Transfer of Risk": All items are sold under a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for your minerals passes to you (the buyer) at the moment of delivery to the carrier.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. * Claim Support: While we do not provide refunds for carrier errors, we will gladly provide you with any necessary documentation (receipts, proof of value) to assist you in your claim process with the carrier.
